The LeoVince LV CORSA S TITANIUM rear silencer brings genuine racing technology to the road and combines maximum performance with an especially lightweight construction. The titanium outer shell significantly reduces the weight of the silencer compared to stainless steel variants and simultaneously ensures high resistance to heat and corrosion. The sandblasted finish gives the titanium a matte, technical surface and emphasizes the uncompromising racing character of this exhaust.

A special design feature is the sandblasted stainless steel end cap with integrated stainless steel mesh and LV logo, which gives the silencer an unmistakable racing look. Inside, the special construction of the silencer ensures a deep, sporty sound, which has been optimized compared to the original LV Corsa model and clearly underlines the racing character of this series. High-quality handmade TIG welds and a titanium bracket guarantee stability, low weight, and a durable construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the rear silencer is plugged on to fit, fastened at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit. The precision-fit construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
