The LeoVince LV CORSA BLACK EDITION rear silencer brings uncompromising racing technology directly to the road. Inspired by the exhaust systems of the most successful teams from international racing series, this silencer convinces with a compact, functional design and a particularly aggressive racing look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which not only provides a distinctive dark look but also reliably protects the exhaust from heat, scratches and corrosion.

The open internal construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and creates the typical deep, uncompromising racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket underline the sporty character of this exhaust. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds guarantee a durable and high-quality construction.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then the rear silencer is fitted precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check in a stationary state as well as re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
