The LeoVince LV-12 R rear muffler combines modern design, high reliability and a particularly pleasant riding experience - ideal for adventure and touring motorcycles. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel was deliberately chosen to ensure maximum resistance to water, mud, corrosion and mechanical stress. This ensures that the exhaust system remains reliable and durable even under demanding conditions. The sandblasted titanium-look finish gives the muffler a high-quality look and emphasizes the characteristic LeoVince style.

The specially developed internal structure of the muffler optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the robust stainless steel housing and gives the exhaust system a sporty and modern look. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a stable laser-cut bracket and the laser-engraved LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and durable quality.

This LeoVince rear muffler has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the muffler is mounted and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the included connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the rear muffler is attached precisely, fastened to the standard mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently firm seat. The precise construction noticeably simplifies the conversion.
