The LeoVince LV-12 R BLACK EDITION silencer combines modern design, high reliability and a particularly pleasant riding experience with a distinctive dark look. Developed for adventure and touring motorcycles, this silencer combines robust materials with experience from international motorsport. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive look and protects it from water, mud, corrosion and weathering.

The specially developed internal structure optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the dark design and emphasizes the sporty character. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a stable laser-cut bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and durable quality.

This LeoVince silencer has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is mounted and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then used to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the silencer is plugged in precisely, fastened at the series mounting points and secured with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function test while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
