The LeoVince LV-12 R BLACK EDITION end silencer combines modern design, high reliability and a particularly pleasant riding experience with a striking dark optic. Developed for adventure and touring motorcycles, this silencer combines robust materials with experience from international motorsport. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature-resistant ceramic black coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive look and simultaneously protects against water, mud, corrosion and weathering.

The specially developed internal structure optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the dark design and underlines the sporty character. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a stable laser-cut bracket and the laser-etched LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and long-lasting quality.

This LeoVince end silencer has an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union exists exclusively if the silencer is mounted and operated unchanged according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially for Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to differing national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince end silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connecting pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the end silencer is placed precisely, attached to the series mounting points and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A brief functional test while stationary as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently tight fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
