The LeoVince LV-12 R BLACK EDITION exhaust muffler combines modern design, high reliability, and an especially pleasant riding experience with a distinctive dark look. Developed for adventure and touring motorcycles, this muffler combines robust materials with experience from international motorsport. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating, giving the exhaust an aggressive appearance while protecting against water, mud, corrosion, and weather influences.

The specially developed interior structure optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures the engine responds spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the dark design and emphasizes the sporty character. Precisely handcrafted TIG welds, a sturdy laser-cut bracket, and the laser-etched LeoVince logo signify high-quality manufacturing and durable quality.

This LeoVince exhaust muffler features an embossed E-number and an "e-pass". Road approval in Germany and within the European Union is valid only if the muffler is installed and operated without modifications according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince exhaust muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in proven SLIP-ON construction. The original exhaust muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adjust the angle and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the exhaust muffler is carefully pushed on, attached at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A brief functional test at idle and retightening of the connections after the first riding kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The custom-fit construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
