The LeoVince LV-12 R BLACK EDITION rear silencer combines modern design, high reliability, and a particularly pleasant riding experience with a striking dark look. Developed for adventure and touring motorcycles, this silencer combines robust materials with experience from international racing. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is provided with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive look while simultaneously protecting against water, mud, corrosion, and weather influences.

The specially developed internal structure optimizes the exhaust gas flow and ensures that the engine reacts spontaneously and efficiently in every driving situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the dark design and emphasizes the sporty character. Precisely handcrafted TIG weld seams, a stable laser-cut bracket, and the laser-etched LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and durable quality.

Installation instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy assembly and is manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON design. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is plugged on to fit, fastened at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary as well as the retightening of the connections after the first few driving kilometers ensure a permanently firm fit. The precise construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
