The AISI 304 stainless steel outer shell is finished with a matte ceramic black high-temperature coating, which gives the exhaust an aggressive look while protecting it from heat, scratches, and corrosion.

The conical design enables a particularly free exhaust flow and ensures a deep, powerful sound even at low RPMs. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel grille at the muffler outlet, and precise handcrafted TIG welds underline the uncompromising racing character. The laser-cut stainless steel bracket and the laser-etched LV logo stand for high-quality workmanship and durable quality.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. The original muffler is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Then, the muffler is plugged on to fit, attached at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After precise alignment in the desired position, the clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precision-fit construction makes the conversion noticeably easier.
