The LeoVince LV-12 R BLACK EDITION exhaust silencer combines modern design, high reliability, and a particularly pleasant riding experience with a distinctive dark look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black finish that gives the exhaust an aggressive look while also protecting against water, mud, corrosion, and weather influences.

The specially developed internal structure optimizes the exhaust flow and ensures the engine responds spontaneously and efficiently in every riding situation. A carbon end cap with a matte finish complements the dark design and emphasizes the sporty character. Precisely handcrafted TIG weld seams, a stable laser-cut bracket, and the laser-etched LeoVince logo stand for high-quality workmanship and durable quality.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince exhaust silencer is designed for especially easy installation and manufactured using the proven SLIP-ON design. First, the original silencer is loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then installed to optimally adjust angles and alignment to the vehicle. After that, the end silencer is slipped on precisely, attached at the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the supplied springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short function check while stationary and retightening the connections after the first kilometers ridden ensure a permanently secure fit. The precisely fitting design noticeably facilitates the conversion.
