The LeoVince LV-14 R BLACK EDITION Complete Exhaust System combines a sporty-aggressive look with high-quality workmanship and a particularly distinctive sound profile. The outer shell of the silencer made of AISI 304 stainless steel is refined with a ceramic black high-temperature coating, which provides a noble surface and additional protection against heat and corrosion. The Straight-Through internal structure, together with temperature-resistant insulation material, creates a deep, powerful sound.

The asymmetrical carbon end cap and the carbon bracket give the complete exhaust system a dynamic racing look and support the weight-optimized design. For markets outside the European Union, LeoVince produces special complete exhaust systems without EU type approval or E-mark (e-Pass). These versions are not approved for public road traffic in Germany or within the European Union.

Corresponding models are clearly identified:

• by a “U” in the article number
• and by the addition “RACING” in the product name

These systems are exclusively intended for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the respective national regulations of the country of destination must be observed and fulfilled.

Installation Instructions

The assembly of a LeoVince Complete Exhaust System is designed in such a way that it can be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely fitted into each other and securely fixed with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
