The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel ensures high resistance to heat and corrosion and, through the shot-blasted finish in a titanium look, provides a sporty racing appearance. The conical design allows for a particularly direct exhaust flow and generates the typical deep LeoVince racing sound. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap, the integrated stainless steel mesh at the outlet, and precise TIG welds emphasize the high-quality workmanship of this muffler set.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince muffler is designed for particularly easy installation and is manufactured in a proven SLIP-ON design. First, the original muffler is loosened. Depending on the version, the included connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. The muffler is then slid on precisely, attached to the standard mounting points, and securely fixed with the included springs.

After exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional test while stationary, as well as retightening the connections after the first few kilometers of driving, ensures a permanently secure fit. The precision-fit construction significantly facilitates the conversion process.
