Description

The RFX Pro Series Armalite Aluminium Sprocket is a superior product developed in collaboration with leading racing teams. It offers first-class performance and is specifically designed for demanding riders. The unique double-ring design combines a lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum center with a durable, high-carbon steel outer ring. This combination ensures reduced weight and extended tooth life.

Another highlight is the hexagon drive interface between the inner and outer ring, which guarantees maximum power transmission and minimizes stress on the rivets. The sprocket is CAD-optimized to provide a lightweight profile and features innovative mud grooves that reduce wear. The stiff design increases torsional rigidity, while colored anodizing provides a typical motorcycle look.

Assembly is simple and requires only basic tools. Ensure the motorcycle is securely on a stand and the rear wheel is lifted off the ground. Remove the chain and wheel, loosen the nuts with a wrench and remove the old sprocket. Thoroughly clean the hub before mounting the new sprocket. Make sure it fits well and the screw holes are correctly aligned. Use blue Loctite on the screws and tighten the nuts evenly. Ensure the chain is correctly aligned before re-installing the wheel.
