The LeoVince NERO complete exhaust system combines modern design with durable materials and gives motorcycles and maxi-scooters a distinctive dark look. The silencer has an outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic black metallic coating. This provides an aggressive look and offers high resistance to heat, corrosion and external influences.

The design is based on the proven LV ONE platform and has been specifically further developed to optimally combine performance, optics and legal requirements. The end cap made of full carbon reinforces the sporty characteristic of the system and simultaneously reduces weight. The laser-etched LeoVince logo sets an elegant contrast on the dark surface and underlines the high-quality character of the system.

Installation Instructions

The assembly of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed in such a way that it can be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are directly reused. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely inserted into each other and secured with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without stress before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
