Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are inserted precisely into each other and secured with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not necessary.

After the loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
