The LeoVince NERO rear silencer combines modern design with high-quality material technology and gives motorcycles and maxi-scooters a distinctive, dark look. The outer shell made of AISI 304 stainless steel is coated with a high-temperature resistant ceramic metallic black coating, which not only provides an aggressive look but also offers high protection against heat, corrosion and mechanical stress. The matte finish underlines the sporty character and ensures an elegant, understated appearance.

The shape of the silencer is based on the successful LV ONE line and was further developed in a comprehensive design study in order to optimally combine style, performance and legal requirements. An end cap made of solid carbon complements the dark design and simultaneously reduces weight. Modern laser technology is used to apply the LeoVince logo precisely, forming a striking contrast to the dark surface.

Installation Instructions

A LeoVince rear silencer is designed for particularly easy installation and manufactured in the proven SLIP-ON construction. The original silencer is first loosened. Depending on the version, the supplied connection pipe is then inserted to optimally adapt the angle and alignment to the vehicle. Afterwards, the rear silencer is precisely fitted, fastened at the standard mounting points and secured with the supplied springs.

After the exact alignment in the desired position, clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A short functional check while stationary and re-tightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit. The precise construction noticeably facilitates the conversion.
