Description

The ball bearing set from Schmitt Racing offers you a high-quality solution for repairing your Simson M500 engine. This set includes special SKF-TN9 C4-grade polymer cage crankshaft bearings as well as all CN-quality transmission bearings. In addition, all FKM shaft sealing rings with ASW profile and an additional support lip are included.

The polymer cage ball bearings are particularly suitable for use in high-speed 2-stroke engines in racing. They offer speed stability of up to 20,000 rpm and reduce friction thanks to the elastic polymer cage.

The correct installation direction of the crankshaft bearings is important: The half-open cage must be installed in the direction of the crankshaft cheeks.

The bearings in this set are open and are made of roller bearing steel. The crankshaft bearing cage is made of TN9 polymer, while the transmission bearing is made of sheet steel.
