Description
The Schmitt “Sportfreund 85" cylinder kit is a high-quality tuning part for Simson mopeds and mokicks such as S51, S53, S70, S83, KR51/2, SR50 and SR80. With a displacement of 85cc and a bore of 47mm, this cylinder offers an impressive increase in performance. The cylinder is made of aluminum and has a nickel-carbide-silicon coated liner, which provides excellent durability.
The cylinder head is centered and offers improved cooling due to its increased surface area. The design makes it possible to further process the cylinder without the need for complicated gluing or welding work. For the conversion to a membrane inlet, sprues are provided, which provide sufficient material for sealing surfaces and genuine studs.
The package includes a 4-channel cylinder, a centered cylinder head, an O-ring seal, a foot gasket, a vertex piston, carburettor studs and small parts. The cylinder offers state-of-the-art combustion chamber contours and overflow channels in an original 50cc look.
