Description
The Schmitt “Restart” engine overhaul kit is the ideal solution for Simson S51, S53 and SR50 models with M500 engines. It contains all the components you need to breathe new life into your engine. The kit includes the powerful Schmitt “Sportfreund” aluminum cylinder, which is equipped with a nickel-carbide-silicon-coated liner. The cylinder head is centered and ensures optimum performance.
A special highlight is the 38mm Schmitt piston from Vertex, which is known for its high quality. The set is complemented by the Schmitt “Sportfreund” crankshaft, which is manufactured using a manufacturing process. It is precisely manufactured, balanced and offers impressive smoothness with a 44mm stroke and 85mm connecting rod.
In addition, the kit includes a set of FKM double-lip shaft seals with rotation-bound oil delivery swirl sealing lips, quality transmission bearings with CN bearing air and SKF .C3 crankshaft bearings. These components guarantee long life and reliable performance.
