Description
The tuning carburettor kit 17.5 mm from Schmitt is the ideal solution for Simson models such as S50, S51, S53, S70, S83, SR50 and SR80. This comprehensive set includes a modern 17.5mm Naraku tuning carburettor with clamp flange, a 10-piece carburettor needle set, 10 different main nozzles and 10 secondary nozzles, and a matching suction rubber. The Schmitt carburettor flange makes it easy to install the Naraku carburettor on Simson mopeds or scooters. With this kit, you can optimally adjust the carburettor to your engine. For Simson 50cc, we recommend a main jet between 75-85, secondary nozzle 40-45 and W10-W12 carburettor needle. The exact tuning depends on the engine, cylinder, exhaust and air filter.

This plug-and-play kit was developed to make it easier to adjust Simson carburettors, as the technology of the original carburettors is over 40 years old and current replicas often have high series distributions. The original throttle cable can still be used. Our recommended MX style IP23150 choke can be used directly on the carburettor or the original Bowden cable after a few adjustments.
