Description

The premium quality Naraku throttle cable has been specially developed for the Aprilia RX 50 (built in 2003-2005) and MX 50 with PHBN carburettor. This throttle cable is based on the original, but is equipped with an inner PTFE slide cover. PTFE, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene, offers excellent self-lubricating properties, which enable a permanently easy gliding process without the need for additional lubrication. It is important never to lubricate PTFE cables retroactively, as this can cause the material to swell and impair function.

The dimensions of the throttle cable are as follows:

  • Total length: approx. 126 cm
  • Wire diameter: 1.2 mm
  • Case diameter: 5 mm
  • Distributor oil pump cable: 460 mm
  • Carburettor distributor cable: 250 mm
  • Throttle distributor cover: 690 mm
  • Oil pump distributor case: 345 mm
