The Highsider SMART mirror adapter made of black steel converts a mirror mount with M10 x 1.25 right-hand thread to M8 x 1.25 right-hand thread.

Standard fittings with M10 mounts do not directly accept accessory mirrors with M8 shafts. The adapter bridges the difference and thus expands the selection of mountable mirrors without the need for drilling or re-threading the fitting.

Mounting and application instructions

  • The adapter is screwed into the mirror mount of the fitting, then the mirror is attached and locked. After mounting, the secure fit and mirror alignment must be checked.

Note on inspection before purchase

  • Before purchase, the fitting thread must be matched with M10 x 1.25 and the mirror internal thread with M8 x 1.25.
