The Highsider PRO Drag Bar wide AD2 aluminum handlebar has an ultra-flat design and a width of 840 mm. The outer diameter is consistently 22.2 mm (7/8 inch) with a 4 mm wall thickness and a 14 mm inner diameter. The surface is polished and anodized in glossy black.

Notes

• The handlebars are delivered without holes for the rotation lock of the handlebar switches. The drilling template from Highsider PRO is suitable for transferring the hole positions from the stock handlebar.
• Due to the TÜV part type approval, the vehicles listed therein are exempt from registration in the vehicle documents. Before conversion, check whether the vehicle is listed and which requirements apply for installation.

The flat shape with a width of 840 mm positions the upper body further forward and provides direct feedback from the front wheel via the large lever width. The 4 mm wall thickness keeps the handlebar rigid despite the forces acting far outboard.

Assembly and Application Notes

• The stock handlebar is removed, the holes for the rotation lock of the controls are transferred and drilled onto the new handlebar, then the handlebar is placed in the clamp and tightened with the prescribed torque. After assembly, the free steering lock, cable and line routing, as well as the secure seating of the controls must be checked.

Note on inspection before purchase

• Before purchase, the clamp for 22.2 mm, the length of cables and lines at 840 mm width, and the entry of the vehicle in the part type approval should be checked.
