Notes

• The handlebars are delivered without holes for the rotation lock of the handlebar switches. For transferring the hole position from the stock handlebar, the drilling template from Highsider PRO is suitable.
• Due to the TÜV part type approval, the vehicles listed there are exempt from registration in the vehicle documents. Before conversion, check whether the vehicle is listed and which requirements apply to the installation.

The large wall thickness of 3 mm makes the handlebar dimensionally stable and reduces the tendency for vibration. The indented cable recess accommodates the lines so that they lie flush against the handlebar tube instead of protruding.

Mounting and Application Notes

• The stock handlebar is removed, the holes for the rotation lock of the controls are transferred to the new handlebar and drilled, then the handlebar is placed in the clamp and tightened with the specified torque. After mounting, check for free steering lock, cable and line routing, as well as the secure seating of the controls.

• Before purchase, the clamp for 25.4 mm, the length of cables and lines at 846 mm width, and the entry of the vehicle in the part type approval must be checked.
