The Highsider SMART mirror adapter made of chromed steel converts a mirror mount with M10 x 1.25 right-hand thread to M10 x 1.25 left-hand thread.

Mirror mounts are designed with right- or left-hand threads depending on the manufacturer and vehicle side. The adapter bridges this difference, allowing a mirror with a left-hand thread to be mounted on a fitting with a right-hand thread. The chromed surface matches fittings and mirrors in chrome.
