Description

The clutch lever from Highsider SMART is made of aluminum in the dimensions of the original part and replaces the stock lever one-to-one. No adjustment work is required; an ABE (general operating permit) is included with the lever.

Because the pivot eye, lever travel, and mount follow the original dimensions, the play at the fitting remains unchanged and the pressure point is correct after the exchange without rework. This makes the lever an uncomplicated replacement after a fall, and the included ABE saves the trip for individual approval.

Mounting and Application Notes

  • The stock lever is loosened at the pivot bolt and the replacement lever is inserted in the same place. After assembly, the smoothness of movement, pressure point, and secure seating of the pivot bolt must be checked; the ABE must be carried in the vehicle.
