Description

The fork of your motorcycle is mounted for rotation with the steering head bearings (also called headset). Excessive play due to wear or bearings that are too loose leads to poor and very spongy handling. Checking the play of the front bearings is also part of every TÜV inspection of motorcycles!

Apply sufficient grease when installing the bearings! Observe torque specifications of the manufacturer, check ease of movement after inserting the fork!
