Description

The history of the Italian company RMS dates back to 1945, which has always produced first-class spare parts and accessories for scooters.

The fork of your scooter is mounted for rotary movement with the steering head bearings (also called headsets). Excessive play due to wear or too loose bearings leads to poor and very spongy handling. Also testing the backlash of the front bearing is part of every TÜV inspection on large maxi-scooters!

Apply sufficient grease when installing the bearings! Observe the manufacturer's torque specifications, check smooth operation after inserting the fork!
