Because the mount for the bar-end mirror is already integrated into the weight, a separate mirror holder is unnecessary and the handlebar end remains a single piece. The included sleeve system covers inner diameters from 12 to 22 mm and thus fits most aluminum and steel handlebars. The aluminum cap over the fastening screw keeps the handlebar end visually closed, even if no mirror is mounted.

Installation and Application Notes

• The handlebar end must be freely accessible and must not be blocked by threaded inserts. Clamping and spacer sleeves are selected according to the handlebar inner diameter and tightened in the handlebar tube via the M6 center screw with conical nut. If a bar-end mirror is to be mounted, it is subsequently clamped onto the 29.8 mm mount. After assembly, the secure fit must be checked.

Note on Inspection Before Purchase

• Before purchase, the handlebar inner diameter of 12 to 22 mm, free handlebar ends without threaded inserts, and, if mirror mounting is planned, the clamping diameter of the mirror of 29.8 mm must be checked.
