Malossi HTQ Primary Gear Ratio Z=15/38 – for longer gearing on heavily tuned Piaggio 50cc engines (from 08/98)

When your engine has received a significant power boost, the transmission must keep up – otherwise the additional power is "wasted" and you only reach higher RPMs instead of actually becoming faster. With the Malossi HTQ gear ratio (primary) Z=15/38, you lengthen the gearing suitably for many Piaggio scooters from 08/98 and convert the gained power cleanly into more top speed.

Especially with popular setups on Piaggio Zip 50, Vespa Primavera 50 or Aprilia SR 50, a longer primary ratio is often the key to actually gaining speed from tuning – without unnecessarily high RPMs.
