Malossi primary gear ratio (extended) for Piaggio engines up to year 96

If your engine is heavily tuned, the additional power only truly benefits you if the gearing matches. With the extended primary gear ratio from Malossi, you convert the power gained through tuning measures better into more top speed – exactly the right thing if you are building a Piaggio Zip or Piaggio NRG for sport.

This primary ratio is intended for Piaggio-based 50ccm 2-stroke setups (up to year 96). Especially for projects on Piaggio Zip, Piaggio NRG or also a Vespa LX 50 2-stroke, the longer ratio ensures that your setup does not "redline" too early, but instead cleanly converts power into speed.

Important: For models without counter-bearing, please install a bearing type 638Z in the variator cover.
