Description

Since 1973, the Italian company Athena has been manufacturing high-quality spare parts for motorcycles and scooters as a group of 7 large industrial groups. The focus of the parts is the direct use as original equipment supplier, Athena supplies most manufacturers with seals and other thermally stressed parts directly from the factory! You get not only OEM quality but in most cases even quasi original spare parts.

Radial shaft seal rings are used on most motorcycle and roller forks to prevent leakage between oil and air between the standpipe and the immersion tube and to seal it reliably. In the course of many thousands of kilometers, natural wear and tear on the sealing ring is created. After the compression, a light oil mist comes out and smears the dip tube of the fork. Then one should act urgently, because the leakage will become larger over time and kilometers. There is an acute danger that leaking oil can drip onto the brake disc!

The Athena shaft seal rings are, of course, produced according to the DIN standard and meet the highest standards.
