The Athena fork oil seal kit consists of two fork oil seals with a rubber outer shell and a double-lip construction with a double spring. The kit is designed for forks with a diameter of 30 mm. The seals are designed for uniform sealing even at high temperatures as well as for high wear resistance.

The double-lip construction with double spring seals the fork leg section both against oil loss to the outside and against the penetration of dirt and dust - both lips are designed for permanently uniform contact pressure under varying temperature conditions.

Assembly and application notes:

• Replacing the fork oil seals requires the disassembly of the fork as well as suitable pressing tools for the seals. The sealing lips should be lightly moistened with fork oil before installation. After installation, the fork oil level must be checked according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and checked for leaks.
