Description

This kit consists of two fork seals with rubber outer part, a single sealing lip and a selected dust sealing lip. Athena has a complete range of fork and dust seal kits. The quality of Athena's forköl and dust seals is better than OEM seals and ensures excellent, smooth performance, high temperature sealing and high abrasion resistance.

Athena's forköl and dust seal kits are available in a wide range of sizes.

Radial shaft seals are used on most motorbike and scooter forks to prevent leakage between &Oum;l and air between the stanchion and dip tube and to seal it reliably. In the course of many thousands of kilometres, wear naturally occurs on the sealing ring, after compression a light mist of air escapes and smears the immersion tube of the fork. Then you should act urgently, because the leakage will become bigger over time and kilometres. There is an acute danger that leaking öoil can drip onto the brake disc.

The Athena oil seals are of course manufactured according to the corresponding DIN standard and therefore meet the highest standards.
