Reinforcement Plate for Dual-Mass Flywheel - VAG Group

Description:

This reinforcement plate significantly increases the lifespan of dual-mass flywheels (DMF) in VAG vehicles. It prevents cracks in the flywheel housing, a common problem with high-torque engines and performance modifications.

Compatibility:

  • VW: Golf V/VI, Scirocco, Jetta, Passat (3C, B6, B7), Tiguan, Touran
  • Audi: A3, A4, A5, TT
  • Seat: Leon, Altea, Toledo
  • Skoda: Octavia, Superb

Suitable for:

  • DMFs with diameter 420mm
  • Engines with torque up to 500 Nm

Material:

High-strength steel (42CrMo4)

Installation:

The reinforcement plate is installed between the DMF and the engine. Important: Use new bolts when installing!
