The LeoVince TOURING complete exhaust system combines classic exhaust technology with modern design and was developed specifically for scooters. The system relies on a conical expansion structure inside, which ensures efficient exhaust flow and enables harmonious power delivery. The striking plastic heat shield housing gives the exhaust a modern look and simultaneously protects against high temperatures.

The expansion chamber is made of carbon steel DC04 and coated with a high-temperature-resistant electrostatic coating, which reliably protects the exhaust from heat and external influences. A lining made of ceramic fiber ensures effective sound insulation inside. This enables the TOURING system to achieve particularly low noise emissions, which are even below the level of many original systems.

This LeoVince complete exhaust system has an embossed E-number with an "e-pass" and is approved for use in public road traffic in Germany and within the European Union, provided it is assembled and operated according to the manufacturer's specifications and without modification.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, in particular Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation instructions

The assembly of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. Additional adjustments are not required.

After loosening the pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and re-tightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
