The LeoVince LV RACE Complete Exhaust System combines modern racing design with motorsport technology and is specifically developed to reduce the weight of your motorcycle without altering the balance intended by the manufacturer. The construction for motorcycles with exhaust systems positioned under the engine optimizes weight distribution, maintaining the original riding dynamics while simultaneously increasing performance.

The outer shell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material known for its high resistance to heat, corrosion, and mechanical stress. The surface is finished with a high-temperature-resistant ceramic black coating in a matte finish, giving the exhaust a striking Dark-Racing look. The laser-etched LV Racing logo stands out in contrast to the black casing, emphasizing the sporty character.

A particular design feature is the end cap with stainless steel grid in a honeycomb structure, which gives the silencer a distinctive racing look. At the same time, it acts as a resonator for the deep and powerful racing sound, which is noticeable even at low engine speeds. Handcrafted TIG welds and a laser-cut stainless steel bracket stand for precise workmanship and long-lasting quality.

Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince Complete Exhaust System is designed to be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are directly reused. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely inserted into each other and secured with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After loosening the pre-assembly, all components are aligned without stress before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
