The LeoVince LV ONE EVO CARBON FIBER complete exhaust system combines classic LeoVince appearance with modern high-performance materials. The outer shell of the silencer is made of high-quality carbon, manufactured from two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, resulting in extremely low weight and high stability.

The end cap made of full carbon emphasizes the sporty character of the system and provides additional heat resistance. The matte carbon finish gives the exhaust an elegant and aggressive look. Inside, high-temperature resistant sound insulation material ensures a powerful yet balanced sound.

This LeoVince complete exhaust system features an embossed E-number with an "e-pass" and is permissible for public road use in Germany as well as within the European Union, provided it is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and used unchanged.

The approval applies exclusively to the European market, especially Germany. Use outside the European Union may be subject to different national regulations.

Installation instructions

Installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily performed by yourself with common tools and some time. The original mounting points on the motorcycle are reused directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are precisely inserted into each other and securely fixed with the supplied springs. No additional modifications are necessary.

After loosely pre-assembling, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are evenly tightened. A final visual inspection as well as re-tightening connections after the first kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
