The LeoVince LV CORSA TITANIUM complete exhaust system brings true racetrack feeling to the road and combines maximum performance with an especially lightweight construction. The rear silencer has an outer shell made of titanium, which significantly reduces the weight while simultaneously ensuring high resistance to heat and corrosion. The sandblasted titanium finish gives the system a high-quality, technical look and emphasizes the uncompromising racing character.

The open design enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and ensures the typical deep racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo, a lightweight titanium bracket, and precisely handcrafted TIG weld seams guarantee stability and long-lasting quality.

Installation Instructions

The assembly of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and a bit of time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other to fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the retightening of the connections after the first few driving kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
