The LeoVince LV CORSA CARBON FIBER complete exhaust system transfers the latest racing technology directly to the road. Developed together with teams from international racing series, it combines an uncompromising racing construction with a particularly lightweight carbon design. The silencer has an outer shell made of two layers of pre-impregnated carbon fibers, which ensures low weight and high stability at the same time. The matte carbon finish gives the system an exclusive racing look.

The open construction enables a particularly direct exhaust flow and generates the characteristic deep racing sound that characterizes the LV Corsa. A sandblasted stainless steel end cap with laser-etched LV logo, a CNC-milled carbon bracket, and precisely handcrafted TIG weld seams ensure stability and long-lasting quality.

These systems are intended exclusively for use outside the scope of EU regulations or for motorsport. In individual cases, the respective national regulations of the destination country must be observed and fulfilled.

Installation Instructions

The assembly of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed so that it can be easily carried out by yourself with common tools and a bit of time. The standard mounting points on the motorcycle are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are plugged into each other to fit and securely fixed with the supplied springs. No additional adjustments are necessary.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and the retightening of the connections after the first few kilometers of driving ensure a permanently secure fit.
