Giannelli Extra V2 exhaust system with ABE for Aprilia SR 50 LC (Aprilia engine / Morini engine) year 2000-2003 and Suzuki Katana 50

The Giannelli Extra V2 is a complete exhaust system with General Operating Permit (ABE) for Aprilia SR 50 LC models with Aprilia engine as well as Suzuki Katana 50 in both cooling variants. The main body is manufactured using an automated welding process; a perforated baffle plate is installed inside, which ensures compliance with European standards.

• The system fits Aprilia SR 50 LC (Funmaster, base model and Racing) with Aprilia engine from year 2000 as well as Suzuki Katana 50 in air-cooled and water-cooled versions. Before purchasing, compare vehicle model, year of manufacture and installed engine type - the system is exclusively suitable for the Aprilia engine (Morini engine), not for Piaggio engine variants of the SR 50.

Assembly and application notes:

• Remove the stock exhaust and clean the sealing surface on the cylinder head. Attach the new system at the header connection and secure it with the exhaust spring. Screw the mounting bracket to the frame. After installation, check all connections for leaks and secure fit.

• Before purchasing, compare vehicle model, year of manufacture and installed engine type (Aprilia engine / Morini engine) - the system is not suitable for SR-50 variants with Piaggio engine.
