The Polini Sport Scooter Team 4 is a street-legal complete exhaust system for 50-70 ccm 2-stroke scooters with a Minarelli horizontal engine. The resonance chamber is made of sheet steel in an untreated racing finish, and the silencer is made of black anodized aluminum. The manifold is equipped with a spring-loaded flange. In the restricted condition, the system is EC-approved and street-legal.

Important Note:

• In the restricted condition, the system is EC-approved and legal for use in road traffic. If the restrictor is removed, the street approval expires.
• The resonance chamber comes in a racing finish without clear coat - regular oiling or painting is required to prevent corrosion.

The technology of the Team 4 series is based on the further development of the multi-part cone resonance chamber with extended stage dimensions. The spring-loaded flange on the manifold absorbs assembly and thermal expansion tolerances and significantly simplifies installation and removal compared to rigidly flanged systems.

Assembly and Application Notes:

• The manifold is attached to the cylinder via the spring-loaded flange. Mounting material and exhaust gasket are included in the scope of delivery. After installation, the system must be oiled or painted regularly, as the resonance chamber is delivered in a racing finish without clear coat protection. After the first few kilometers of driving, all fastening connections should be checked for tightness.
