Installation Instructions

The installation of a LeoVince complete exhaust system is designed to be easily carried out independently with common tools and some time. The standard mounting points on the scooter are used directly. Depending on the system, SLIP-ON connections are used. The individual pipe segments are then precisely inserted into each other and securely fixed with the supplied springs. Additional adjustments are not required.

After loose pre-assembly, all components are aligned without tension before clamps and screws are tightened evenly. A final visual inspection and retightening the connections after the first few kilometers ensure a permanently secure fit.
