Description
HIGHSIDER handguards with LED Daytime Running Light and Front Position Light
A highlight for all off-road riders - handguards with integrated daytime running light (DRL) and front position light. 11 Power LED ensure that bikers are better seen from other road users in the daytime. DRL will automatically change over in a dimmed parking light mode, if low beam will switched on. This shapely handguards make your bike to a special one. Solid construction by using alu brackets, E-marked.
Suited for most handle bars with an inner diameter from approx. 13 mm up to 20 mm and an outer diameter from approx. 21 mm up to 26 mm.
Accurate matched our extensive HIGHSIDER equipment is perfectly fitting for your motorcycle. With a maximum of quality and functionality you can design your bike according to your wishes.
Cable assignment:
Black = ground (-)
Red = connect to ignition (+)
White = control cable connect to front position light (+)
Current consumption:
Position Light mode: appr. 12V / 0,06A / 0,73W
DRL: appr. 12V / 0,32A / 3,84W
Delivery contents: 1 pair
Notes:
Provided that your motorcycle has a manual low beam switch, other whiles DRL will not work!
According to German Traffic Regulations, has to be connected in this way, that daytime running light will switch off, if main headlight switched on (exception: using headlight flasher).
Taillight function has to work every time, therefore connect with ignition plus!
Maybe existing further parking lights have to be disconnected! Allowed are max. 2 park positions lights per vehicle.
