Malossi Special Belt (long) – V-belt for powerful setups for Aprilia / Gilera / Piaggio

The Malossi Special Belt is a V-belt designed for tuning, which demonstrates its strengths especially in heavily tuned engines: high durability and very good tear resistance. Malossi is known for convincing, mature tuning parts – but with this belt, you should keep the characteristic of the aramid insert in mind.

Important: Due to the aramid insert, the belt may be prone to slipping, especially in the starting phase, when the gear ratio is still very small and accordingly much force acts on the rear torque converter. To ensure your setup functions cleanly, tuning the variator is practically mandatory – often together with a harder contrast spring.

The V-belt fits many scooter models, e.g. Aprilia SR 50, Gilera Runner 50 and Piaggio NRG 50 – but also numerous other vehicles from the Piaggio/Aprilia/Gilera environment.
