Description
Edition of the proven and successful Venturi Air Systems of Doppler , new form and transparent cover . The advantage of this filter is , as the name implies the use of the Venturi principle . Venturi means a cross-sectional tapering of the intake tract which has the consequence that a lower negative pressure is required to suck the air. You can even try it with a straw. Is the straw several inches thick , will you have difficulty sucking liquid , he is only half a millimeter thick , is your facing the same problem . So too small and too large intake cross-sections require high vacuums to suck air , but they are not very big with 70cc engines . The Doppler Venturi air system draws the air through a venturi used in a resonance chamber. The resonance chamber offers the advantage that the gas oscillation and the intake noise is hushed , the carburetor is more uniform and can be matched better .
