Description
The Open series Doppler pulley is a high-quality tuning part for Peugeot 103 mopeds. Made of solid aluminum and anodized in silver, it not only offers an attractive appearance, but also excellent durability. The stainless steel sprocket acts as a precise centering device in the chainring to prevent jumps. Five screws ensure a secure connection without shearing, while the milled heads prevent loosening.
The package includes:
- 1x pulley with a diameter of 213 mm for belts in original width
- 1x steel sprocket
- 2x HK1616-2RS sealed needle roller bearings
- 5 FHC screws M5x15
Assembly instructions: The countersunk screws should be tightened crosswise with a torque of 4.5 Nm. Lubricate the needle bearing before assembly, then every 4500 km or every season if necessary.
