Selecting the Right Chain Lock
Clip locks can be easily installed independently in the garage / workshop. Depending on the performance of the motorcycle, however, these should be subsequently riveted by a specialist. Manufacturers recommend clip locks only for motorcycles with up to 600 ccm or 50 PS. A riveting tool is required for the installation of rivet locks. Alternatively, the installation should be carried out in a workshop. With endless chains, the swingarm must be removed for installation.
