Selecting the Right Chain Lock
Clip locks are easy to install independently in the garage / workshop. Depending on the performance of the motorcycle, however, these should be riveted by a professional afterwards. Manufacturers recommend clip locks only for motorcycles with up to 600 ccm or 50 HP. A riveting tool is required for mounting rivet locks. Alternatively, installation should be carried out in a workshop. With endless chains, the swingarm must be removed for installation.
