Description
The successor to the successful Stage6 70ccm Racing cylinder is the Stage6 Racing MKII 70ccm, now arriving in a completely revised version with another 1 PS more power out of the box. Redesigned aluminum cylinder with a high-strength Mahle Nicasil coating. Instead of a flat piston, it now uses a replica of the R/T piston with a 0.8mm ring and a domed piston crown. The cylinder has been thermally optimized in all areas. Generous scavenging of the 2-piece exhaust port; 5-sided design and internal cooling fins; one-piece cylinder head with cooling channels - to name just a few improvements. With the corresponding components, and without modification, approximately 17-19 PS can already be achieved. Nevertheless, there is still enough potential for anyone to get involved and tune the cylinder to a performance level of over 20 PS.
