Malossi Sport 70ccm Cylinder Kit – Durable Grey Cast Iron for Minarelli Horizontal AC (Short Thread)

With the Malossi Sport 70ccm, you get a truly solid grey cast iron sport cylinder, which is perfectly designed for a reliable everyday tuning setup. In direct comparison, the acceleration is slightly weaker than the Polini Sport, but the power RPM is approx. 800 rpm higher – this gives you noticeably more peak performance and a sportier character at the top end.

The kit runs really smoothly, for example, together with a Laser Xpro or Yasuni R: a setup that is considered easy to tune and still produces decent pressure. Practical: The cylinder can also be run with the original carburetor – however, matching jetting is mandatory for this.
